cooked in an electric skillet. We start our recipe with steamed green beans with some water -
remove beans. Quickly cook mushrooms and add them to the beans. Cook the meat
and then add sofrito and stir thoroughly. We recommend adding a big minced garlic
clove and fresh cilantro. Once cooked to desired taste add the beans and
mushrooms, stir all ingredients, and cook a few more minutes.
